Freezeflame levels

Freezeflame levels are rare types of levels seen throughout the Newer Super Mario Bros. series. They're notable for their simultaneous use of lava and ice, creating some interesting environments. These sorts of levels are often found underground and within snow-themed worlds.

Freezeflame levels get their name and inspiration from Freezeflame Galaxy from Super Mario Galaxy, though they seem to be more-so inspired by Shiverburn Galaxy from Super Mario Galaxy 2, as the mixing of lava and ice is much more prominent in these kinds of levels as opposed to having two separate sections representing the two elements.
