Clampies are enemies which only appear in Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii. They're underwater enemies which only appear in Rainshed Pond.

Appearance

Clampies are big pink clams with red tongues and big black eyes.

Behavior

Clampies will either fall down from a position, blocking any Warp Pipe under it, or it will stay in place, opening and closing its mouth. Judging by their only appearances, they'll either have coins or a P-Switch in their mouth. Once Clampy closes its mouth, and the player is in its mouth, the player will take damage.
