Crystal Caves is the fourth secret world in Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii. It is a purple poison water-filled cavern full of Buzzy Beetles and Wigglers.
As with every secret world, it does not have a boss.
Overview[]
Crystal Caves is a purple cave mainly drenched in poison water, although Spine Springs takes place in a standard water-filled lake. Buzzy Beetles and Wigglers are common enemies found within.
Crystal Caves can be mainly accessed through Magma Iceburrow in Freezeflame Volcano, though completing the secret exit of Snowfall Peak in Freezeflame Glacier will unlock an exclusive path to The Red Switch Palace. Completion of Toxic Fortress grants access to Fog Cemetery in Pumpkin Boneyard. Completion of Carapace Catacomb grants access to Cawcaw Treeway, also in Pumpkin Boneyard.
