World 2-1 is the first and only changed level of World 2 in Newer: Holiday Special. It is a border stopping the player from going further
World 2-1 is unlocked by completing World 1-
in World 1. Completing it will unlock World 2-3, although all levels beyond this are unchanged except for some potential texture and music changes.
Layout[]
The level begins with a border post that has an invisible wall and a side exit. However, flying over with a Propeller is possible. Beyond this are a series of hidden 1-Up blocks, free Star Coins, and a normal exit Goal Pole. There are no enemies or Checkpoint.
