Jumbo Rays are rare passive enemies seen throughout the Newer Super Mario Bros. series.
Design[]
The Jumbo Ray's design is a giant stingray or manta ray with goggles on. Jumbo Rays come in different colors, though its most common color is green. Jumbo Rays also have orange colored lips.
Gameplay[]
In Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii, Jumbo Rays only appear in Manta Raid. In Another Super Mario Bros. Wii, they appear in World 5-5. Jumbo Rays act as moving platforms, so timing your jumps is very important. They don't harm the player.
