Manta Raid is the 1st level of Sky City. It is unlocked via the secret exit in 4-A: Hidden Town and finishing that will unlock C-2: Nimbus Highway. This is the Manta Ray's only appearance in the entire game. It's filled with very nice buildings and a very nice background.
Star Coins:
- Use the Propellor Suit to reach the 2nd cog to grab the coin.
- Use the 2nd cog after the checkpoint* to reach a secret area. Toss a Koopa Shell to get your prize.
- Go to the building above the final cog and use the Propellor Suit to reach the roof.
