Well, getting into ROM hacking may be complicated.
In order to hack New Super Mario Bros. (DS), you must get the editor and a ROM of New Super Mario Bros. (DS). I am not allowed to tell you where to get the ROM, and it could be quite hard to find a legitimate one (don't take .exe ROM's as they're scams). To emulate the game, get DeSmuME.
To hack New Super Mario Bros. Wii, you must get Reggie! Editor and a ROM of New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Once again, I can't tell you where to get them and it may be hard to find one. To emulate it, get Dolphin.
Before doing anything, I'd recommend watching several tutorials first. These include: getting set up, using the editor and how to patch ROM's.
Also, quick note: the Newer Team isn't very keen on ROM hacks having the exact same themes as their's. You may, however, use a Newer ROM and create new themes while still having Newer elements.
Skip to 5:40 of this video to see how to place enterable pipes. The video only shows vertical pipes, but you can toy around with other pipes too. Also, this video shows two Warp Pipes going to the same area. To make a pipe to a different area, change the "Dest. Area".
Uhh... what? 1: You're responding to an automated message. I didn't write that. 2: It didn't mention ANYTHING about Mario and the Jambastions Wiki. 3: "Mario and the Jambastions" is something you made up. We can help you with something that doesn't exist.
Okay, now I kind of understand your problem. But what was the whole thing about "nobody's helping me edit me wiki"? You said it, then immediately changed the topic for no reason. Please, next time, if you run into a problem, don't just add to an already-existing discussion, instead, make a new discussion stating the problem more thoroughly.
Okay, so now can you specify what's going wrong? Why can't you add an infobox?
Okay, so if you were to look with the source editor, you'd find that beside where the "Worlds" box is, it says "rowspan=16". This basically means that there will be 16 "sub-boxes" that appear alongside the "Worlds" box. Simply change the number to "rowspan=9" or something, depending on how many worlds there are.
Well, here's how rowspans work. The leftmost box in the navbox has a rowspan. This counts how many boxes are beside it. If rowspan=10, then 10 boxes will fit beside it. Any more than 10 will not be beside the leftmost box. Also, with the way that the navbox is structured, if you were to simply change the rowspan of "Worlds," the box with the list of enemies would have to fit in the tiny box beside the leftmost box. To fix this, beside where "Enemies" is, in the list, add "colspan=2".
Okay, so first change the rowspan beside Worlds to 9. Then change the colspan beside Enemies to 2 by adding "colspan=2" beside the rowspan. It should look like this: "rowspan=? colspan=2" Please try this then tell me if it worked.
I have added some more pages in this wiki. In my wiki, the article "Community Guidelines" is absolutely added in the Mario and the Jambastions Wiki. I might add more pages if there is more wanted pages.
