Trivia[]

  • In the original New Super Mario Bros., this level was the second tower of World 6. The Newer Team decided to replace it with a normal level, which is also what they did with Magmatrack Getaway.
  • This course has the fastest time limit in the entire Newer Super Mario Bros. series, with 75 in-game seconds on the clock (around 1 minute in real time). Before the creation of Newer Super Mario Bros. DS, Eruption Crater had the shortest time limit, with 101 in-game seconds which was around 1 minute 21 seconds in real-time.
  • This is the only level in the entirety of World 6 that has no Space Physics.
