Shockbelt Spire (or World 6-) is the tower and the third level of Lunar Realm in Newer Super Mario Bros. DS. It's an Amp- and Conveyor Belt-filled tower with space physics. Bowser Jr. is fought at its top.
Shockbelt Spire is unlocked by completing Mt. Skydrop. Completing it will unlock Meteor Lane.
- Star Coin 1: Just after the first red Event Switch, Mario can find this Star Coin surrounded by Amps. It is recommended that he activates the Switch before going after it, as doing so summons red blocks that prevent the Amps from shocking his body.
- Star Coin 2: After the second red Event Switch, Mario can spot a door on the right. This leads him to a secret chamber that houses the second Star Coin.
- Star Coin 3: Close to the top of the tower, Mario has to grab a spring and bounce off the last Conveyor Belt to enter a side passage that houses this Star Coin.
- Shockbelt Spire, Ropeblast Tower, and Spiritful Steeple are the only towers in the Newer Super Mario Bros. DS to have proper boss doors leading to their arenas.
