Sushi are rare enemies found exclusively within Derelict Schooner in Pumpkin Boneyard in Newer Super Mario Bros. DS. They're sharks that patrol the ship's dangerous waters.
Appearance[]
Sushi are long dark blue finned sharks with white bellies. A pair of white eyes lay over their constantly open mouth which is found on their bottom.
Behavior[]
Sushi swim back and forth in a straight horizontal line underwater, turning around at specific points.
Sushi can be defeated by fireballs from a Fire Flower, hammers from a Hammer Suit, and contact with a player under the effects of a Super Star or Mega Mushroom.
